Wireless Screen Sharing
Overview
Mago supports multiple screen sharing technologies to provide the best possible experience across all devices, networks and meeting scenarios. Each protocol has different capabilities and network requirements, allowing Mago to work reliably in modern enterprise environments as well as guest networks.
Mago offers the following screen sharing options.
Miracast A wireless display technology built into Windows and many hardware devices. It connects either through a direct peer to peer link or through the enterprise network using infrastructure mode.

AirPlay Apple’s native wireless streaming protocol for macOS, iOS and iPadOS. It uses Bonjour discovery and provides high quality audio and video mirroring.

Google Cast A discovery based screen sharing technology commonly used on Android, ChromeOS and Chrome browser. It uses a combination of multicast and unicast communication to connect to receivers.

Mago Link A universal browser based screen sharing method that works on any modern device without installing apps. It uses secure WebRTC communication and works even in networks where traditional casting methods are restricted.
