## Data collection and security

### Data types

The Mago app for Android (Google Play Store link: <https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.remago.workspace>) may collect the following user data types:

* Personal info
  * Name
  * Email address
  * User ID
  * Date of birth
  * Profile picture
  * Address
* Files and docs
  * Photos and videos
  * Audio files
* App Activity
  * App interactions
* App info and performance
  * Crash logs
* Device ID

#### Data purposes

The user data is collected for the following purposes:

* App functionality
  * User authentication
  * User profile name visibility
  * App features such as whiteboard, room connection, calendar event launch, file presentation
* Analytics
  * Monitor app health
  * Diagnose and fix bugs or crashes

## How to manage or delete your user data

### Update or delete your profile information

1. Open the Mago app and sign in to your account.
2. Go to the "Account" section, by tapping the user icon.
3. Update or delete your data such as Nickname, Name, Surname, Profile picture, Address, Date of Birth.
4. When you update or delete any of your user profile data, the old data is deleted immediately.

### Update or delete your whiteboard contents

1. Open the Mago app and sign in to your account.
2. Go to Whiteboards, choose an item from the list.
   * To update: Enter the whiteboard and edit any whiteboard item or object.
   * To delete: Tap the three dots icon and choose "Delete". Tap to confirm.
3. When you update or delete any of your whiteboard data, the old data is deleted immediately.

### Delete your account and associated data completely

### Update or delete your profile information

Once you delete your account and associated data, all data is deleted immediately. No retention period is applied to any of your data.

1. Open the Mago app and sign in to your account.

2. Go to the "Account" section, by tapping the user icon.

3. Scroll down and tap "Delete account". Tap "OK" to confirm.

* Receive a list of the data we collected, associated with your user account
* Edit any of the data associated with your user account
* Delete any of the data associated with your user account
* Completely delete your user and all the data associated with your user account

We will answer your requests within 72 hours and process them within 7 days.
