Option 1: Screen Sharing with AirPlay (same Wi-Fi required)
Connect your Apple device to the same Wi-Fi network shown on the Mago screen (or as per the instructions given by your IT admin).
Access Screen Mirroring
On iPhone/iPad: Swipe down from the top-right and tap Screen Mirroring.
On Mac: Click the Control Center icon
, then Screen Mirroring.
Select the Mago Essential display name.
If prompted, enter the PIN shown on the Mago screen.
Your screen will now be mirrored wirelessly.

Option 2: Screen Sharing with Mago Link (any network, no app required)
To use Mago Link, your laptop must have an internet connection, but it does not need to be on the same network as the Mago Essential device. No app is required and no dongle needs to be connected.
Open your browser and go to www.magolink.com. (If Mago is deployed on premises, your Mago Link address may use a custom domain).
Enter the 6-digit code shown on the Mago screen or scan the QR code with your device’s camera.
Choose one of the following options:
Share Screen: Select a browser tab, window, or full screen. (Browser tabs can also share audio).
Present File: Upload a file to present it and control it wirelessly. (Supports PDFs, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Images, Videos, and .glb 3D files).


Option 3: Using the Mago App for iOS or MacOS (iPhone/iPad or MacBook M2+ processor)
Download the Mago app on your device:
Scan the QR Code: On the Mago display, scan the on-screen QR code with your phone’s camera. It will automatically redirect you to the correct app store (App Store) or
Search Manually: Open the App Store (iPhone/iPad) and search for “Mago” app by Re Mago Ltd or
Visit the Website: Go to https://mago.io/download from your mobile browser and follow the link to download the app.
Open the app, scan the QR Code or enter the 6-digit code shown on the screen.
You can now wirelessly present files.
If you sign up for free or sign in, you’ll unlock additional features like wireless screen sharing, personalized settings, and more ways to interact with Mago.
