(Optional) Setting Up HDMI Capture for Wired Screen Sharing

To enable the HDMI input capabilities of Mago Essential for wired screen sharing, you need to use a certified HDMI capture card. Follow these steps:

1. Obtain a Certified Capture Card

   • Ensure you have a certified capture card that supports HDMI input, such as the INOGENI 4K2USB3 USB 3.0 Capture Card or any other approved models from the supported list.

2. Connect the Capture Card

   • Plug the HDMI capture card into one of the available USB or USB-C ports on the Mago Essential device.

   • Ensure the card is securely connected and recognized by the device.

3. Connect HDMI Cable

   • Take an HDMI 2.0+ cable and connect one end to the HDMI output of the Mago Essential device.

   • Route the other end of the cable to the designated location in the room, such as a table or another area where users will have access to it.
